Particpation Requirements
- Certificate of Occupancy from City of Newburgh
- ALL LANDLORDS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A FORMAL RECORDED DEED FROM ORANGE COUNTY, NY INDICATING BOOK AND PAGE NUMBER
If after reviewing ALL of the above information, you are interested in becoming a HCV landlord then email a detailed description of the unit available and your contact information to: mailbox@newburghhousingauthority.org.
The email will be posted into the book at the NHA office for participants to review.
