Welcome!

The Newburgh Housing Authority was established in 1951. The authority currently manages two public housing properties consisting of 135 units. Fogarty Apartment 65 units located at 162 Johnston Street; Mullins Lane Apartments located at 40 Walsh Road. In addition, the authority operates the federally funded Housing Choice Voucher program (Section 8) assisting 200 families.
